horrible customer service. I left multiple messages and no one got back to me. when I went face to face to resolve an issue the employee walked away from the front desk. After I was assisted (with an attitude) he left me in the room turned his back and said bye. No hand shake, nothing. Almost like I had disturbed his morning. This is the second time I was treated so POORLY after purchasing 2 cars and sending family and friends there.
RecommendedWe recently purchased a vehicle with Dave Volk... we have had the best new car purchase experience ever with him!!! Not pushy-so helpful-doesn’t sugarcoat or feel he’s just telling you crap to get a purchase!! Genuine nice guy with the up most experience in customer service!!! I called to inquire about some previous work that was done on my 2012 Malibu LT there and i got rudeness from Suzanne (service manager) really??)even laughed at when i asked for contact information of whom i can direct a complaint to about her she said there wasn't any ,I said i guess i will have to google the info she replied i guess so very unprofessional no way out to help me with my concerns.I also spoke to Monty and he wasn't far behind in his mannerisms thanks for nothing!!I shall be sure to let Everyone know on as man... read more

Justin was very helpful and patient with us. He stayed 2 hours past closing helping us to get into our new truck. Even followed us to the gas station and filled the tank up after we bought it. He tried his best to get us the best interest options available to us and really helped us to get into the truck my husband wanted. Thanks!

Took my Chevy Cruze there for an oil change that I purchased from carmax and they were professional but not very friendly. Tried to get me to buy something else as well. Made me feel uncomfortable they need more smiles on their faces
