I can not thank Dave Volk enough on how kind and helpful he was with dealing with my brother and sister in law in purchasing a new car. He sold them what was best for them. The finance manager whose name I believe was Rich, also went out of his way to be so kind and patient. I purchased a Suburban a year ago from Dave snd will we purchasing a 2021 from Dave in the Fall. Dave from the service department is awful. So incredibly rude. Par for the course with the service department there. We will not be returning for purchases or service.
