Well just found out that the car you sold me was sold under false information. I was told that my car was no accident and 1 owner. Now I find out that it had an accident and 2 previous owners. Thanks for being like every other car dealership ever. Word to the wise people. Spend the extra money to do a vin check on your own. That’s what I should have done.

went in to return part ordrred from chevy. "service manager told me to NEVER order straight from chevy" I was there for over an hour waiting for the parts manager to figure out how to do a return. Extremely frustrating to deal with a manager that doesn't know how to do a basic part of the job.
I came in to see if My car was worth trading in. Not only were they able to give me more for my trade in than I ever thought possible, I got an incredible deal on an Equinox. Not once did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. Service here is prompt, to the point, personalized, and caring. Not your typical dealership! Traci is the BEST! I’ve leased and purchased with her in the past and every time we work together is better than the last.
took my Suburban into the service department and Tyler Brown in the service department is and was beyond helpful!! They gained my business to service my vehicles from here on!!
