I have had a pair of Saucony running shoes for a few months and the heal lining inside the shoe was worn prematurely and causing blisters. I was not looking for a free pair of new shoes, and was planning on buying some new ones, but the Maple Grove location offered a new pair, with no questions asked. What excellent service! Great team you have in that store. You will get all our business moving forward.
I won't go anywhere else to get gear. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, some of the friendliest people I've experienced. I walked in knowing literally nothing about what I wanted and was treated with respect and I learned a lot.
We ad the best derive experience this evening with Jackson at the Eden Prairie store. He was so awesome with my two kids, super informative, and extremely helpful!! We will definitely be back and I'll definitely be spreading t g e word to my friends.
