Friendly, knowledgable, no pressure staff. I've gotten everything from shoes to water bottles to winter pants (thanks Kate for the recommendation!), all perfect for me and great quality.

Thanks Mark and staff! What a difference the right shoe makes! (and the left one too of course) With a replaced knee and the other one not so great, I'll never be my sister (the uber marathoner) but it's so much better doing my 3-5 miles with the propper shoes:) my feet no loger burn or go numb....who knew?? Love the new jog bras too....keepin' the big girls supressed! Excellent variety with out the bigbox store. Don't walk, run! Now about this rain.....
