First time visit to the store. I went to the one in Eden Prairie and a young man named Weldon took incredible care of me.He introduced me to the Hoka brand and I love them.I was super impressed with the thorough care given to me. I am showing off these new shoes any chance I get and telling everyone where I got them. I for sure will be back! :)

I visited the Maple Grove store about a month ago. I was looking for a good pair of running shoes. I believe the man's name was Dan that helped me. I was completely impressed with the customer service and it was the best customer service experience I've had in years. I would recommend this place to anyone needing good running shoes. Keep up the good work! and when its time for shoes again I'll be back.
Visited the Maple Grove store this weekend, was super impressed. Staff was really helpful, and super nice. They were quite busy, but we were greeted right as we walked in, and were helped within moments. No one tried to up-sell me on shoes, just listened to what my concerns were, and showed me options that would work best. Would definitely recommend a visit!
After being incorrectly fitted by multiple running stores for 4 years, I decided to give TCRC in Maple Grove a try. Immediately, they observed that I was in the wrong shoe type and got me fitted into the right shoe. That was almost 2 years ago and I have purchased every subsequent pair of running shoes from them (among other items).
