He was looking for his first pair of running shoes and the sales associate, Eli, spent most of an hour patiently answering questions and helping him try on various pair of shoes until he found just the right ones. Love the wide variety of shoes and the respectful staff, but the guy(Eli) who helped me did not have a lot of knowledge on the shoes themselves. I am a neutral runner and he sold me a pair of support shoes. He told me the only difference would be the little support they would give and it would insure that my ankles will not roll to the inside (even though I have no problem with rolling).Little did I know that that would affect me. RecommendedI stopped in there three weeks ago and got my first pair of good shoes. Very impressed by how much time Ramsey was willing to spend to help get me a pair of shoes that fit properly and were very comfortable. After wearing the shoes for three weeks with no foot or knee pain after walking at least 3 miles a day I went back in to get the exact same pair in a different color. I was amazed at how much difference a great pair of shoes do to help with knee and hip pain. Thanks
