I've always had a great experience at TCRC. Typically I visit the Plymouth location but today took a friend to the Eden Prairie store. He was looking for his first pair of running shoes and the sales associate, Eli, spent most of an hour patiently answering questions and helping him try on various pair of shoes until he found just the right ones. Love the wide variety of shoes and the respectful staff, but the guy(Eli) who helped me did not have a lot of knowledge on the shoes themselves. I am a neutral runner and he sold me a pair of support shoes. He told me the only difference would be the little support they would give and it would insure that my ankles will not roll to the inside (even though I have no problem with rolling).Little did I know that that would affect me.
