I used to love this company when it was holiday. My fiancé and two friends were looking to buy 3 quads (aprox. $30K) my buddy was skeptical because he had problems before with TC, but he went through with it since he knows a salesman. This place is awesome!!! My husband has been looking at a new Indian bike. I face booked TC with questions, and Nikk responded right back. He was so polite and helpful, making us feel like family. We purchased a bike from him through text and a phone call. We traveled there today and it was well worth the trip. RecommendedWe just bought a UTV Polaris RZR. Our sales rep Nikk Moore was wonderful. He was very informative and answered any and every question we threw his way. He even showed us some cool additions we could put on our new toy. He went above and beyond expectations as a sales rep. We definitely plan on coming back in not too long to get another toy from him. I dropped my bike off three weeks ago. I was told they wouldn't be able to get to it for a week, or two at the most. After two weeks go by, I called to check and see if they started working on my bike. This was last Saturday. I was told they would take care of the wheels and brakes tomorrow (Sunday) but they might not be able to do the diagnostics because of rain. Well we pulled the trigger and joined the RZR family!!! Had the pleasure of dealing with TC Powersports in Jackson MI. I wanted to keep my business in Michigan, but was tempted to take the trip to Tennessee. Justin was able to make it worth my while to stay here by being very competitive with their prices!
