Can't seem to get a return phone call or return email for a trade in to buy a $25000 motorcycle, i guess my money will go some place else. I really shouldn't have to work so hard to buy a bike. Sorry TC I did my part.
I have had the worst experiance ever with T.C i will never personally buy anything from them again nor will i refer anyone to buy from them.
The service and disrespect from the staff was horrible!!!
I wish they had 0 stars because that is what I would check off.Worst customer service I have ever seen.They will never see another dime from us again.Would never send a friend there to buy anything.

Very disappointed with our service. Bought a 2016 Indian dark horse. Was sent home with no owners manual or other papers. When called we were told "oh it's sitting on my desk I'll mail it" ... two months later we still haven't gotten all our papers including the code to unlock the bike without the fob. After calling many times now we have to bring the bike back down there because they don't have the code to give us. �. Very unhappy and very unsatisfied.
