I had a great experience at TC-Powersports. I bought my first Honda rancher there. My salesman Nikk did a great job! The entire team (Megan, Mike and service department person sorry I forgot your name) were very honest, knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommended!
Nikk was very thorough in the sales process and operational training on a new Polaris Sportsman. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a sport vehicle.

I was impressed with my salesman Nick. It was very informative working with him so much so I ended up buying a Polaris Sportsman instead of the Honda that I came for. I got a better machine with more features for less money. I love when a Salesman is very knowledgeable but doesn't act like a know-it-all and will find out answers to questions he doesn't know. Thank you Nick for the excellent customer service , friendliness and professionalism.

I myself was not in this store, however my brother in law was, and he just purchased a brand new Dark Horse, from Sioux Falls SD, he lives in Michigan, he came to this store because it was closer to where he lives, he needed some things fixed on it that were under warranty, and none of the sales people even acknowledged him. He was very disappointed in the quality of customer service. BTW, my husband works for Polaris, and headquarters will be notified of the crappy service he received.
