What I thought was going to be a good relationship has turned out a big let down, service dept. ranks a big zero, can't return calls, can't even call to say the bike is done. Always to busy unless you walk in. Then they are just setting there. Really fed up, go's to show nothing changed but the name.
I went in thinking no one is going to help out a 20 year old looking for a new Indian. Well they proved me wrong! Nikk the salesman was GREAT!! My experience with Nikk was great. I will defiantly go back to TC just because of Nikk. He was honest, hilarious and after talking he knows just what u want and will help get you into or onto it. Great job TC and Nikk. Bought my first brand new bike today, was in and out in no time. The salesman was very helpful.
I went in to buy parts started talking with nikk and ended up with a crf450r. He was patient and did not bug or pressure me. Just let me take my time and make a decision. Just likebit should be.
I brought my mom in to look for a new ranger and was sceptical at first because of bad experiences from other dealers in the past. We worked with nikk and he was an awesome dude! He didn't try to screw us over and gave us an excellent deal! He was very personable and we had a great time working with him! Thanks a lot nikk!!! 100% guarantee the only places I will deal with from now on!
