Terrible customer service. I stood in the parts department for 20 minutes without so much as a hello or it is going to be a few minutes. Just terrible! No one in the entire building even acknowledged us.

Totally different place now. So glad we have a decent bike shop back in the area.
Great place. Sales is friendly and not pushy. Service has been great to work with. Thought I had a problem with a machine I bought somewhere else. They looked at machine and found nothing. No charge. Thanks
