My boyfriend and I purchased Polaris Sportsman 570s - 1 as a basic model and the other as the utility edition. Had a great visit with the service department today. I just had to have a new tire mounted for my Indian Chieftain that will be sleeping for a couple more months ( could have waited by I am impatient). They took care of me quickly and at a very reasonable price. Merry Christmas my super Indian Motorcycle dealer here in the Irish Hills!
Stopped in oct to setup a date to get my general recalls taken care of. After multiple calls into the service department, and waiting. I was finally given a date to drop off machine. Then when I bring machine in to drop off they decided to leave early and not let me know. Think twice before you waste your time or money with these people.
What a wonderful experience we had with them. Staff was great and very helpful:)
I would like to say thank you to Justin, Andrew, and all the other guys at TC. I had a few issues with Polaris RZR that I bought from there. In no time at all they had me back up and running at a fraction of the cost if I was to take it somewhere else. Thanks again guys.
Apparently TC has switched to winter hours but the phone recording still says open until 6 Mon-Fri. We were there just over the weekend and mentioned we would come back Monday... we came back and no one was there they were closed! We drove all the way from Ann arbor and got out of work early to make sure we got there by 6. We were very disappointed as it was a waste of our time and money.
