Great service!! Treated us so good and the prices are amazing. It was a two hour drive and definitely WORTH IT!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be treated with respect and get a great price.
The guys here are great they helped me get a great bike and also gave awesome advice when it came to some of the loops I have to jump through on top of getting me financed when I didn’t think I would be able to. So a big shoutout to Alex Soto your the best man and if anyone is looking for a new ride this summer come talk to these guys.
Worst service been in there 4 times now for chain links and every time they are wrong they say they have did chain links but clearly not do not recommend going there for parts cause they don’t even have people who ride or know what there talking about asked for a chain link and the dude looked at me like he was lost.... so moral of the story is I’ve wasted $40 in chain links so far
took a cylinder to get bored, tech refused because 'he didn't think there would be enough sleeve left' Which is an opinion, not fact. Rather than doing research on something unfamiliar, they just said no. that's an unwillingness to think outside the box, that shows a serious neglect to actually take care of customers. We recently purchased a 2019 Sportsman from TC Powersports. Max was excellent in answering all of our questions and took care of us from start to finish. They made sure that we were fully informed of every discount or option available including parts, service, and aftermarket accessories. We are very satisfied with our purchase! We will be returning in the future because the deals here are better than most of what is available in the entire Lower Peninsula.
