He wasn’t a pushy salesman, but informed me of all the options, the pros and cons of each, and the different packages in the sportsman lineup from Polaris. My husband and I purchased our Indian here. Purchasing any thing from out of state can be difficult, but they made it so easy to get the paperwork completed over the phone and email so that we could still get their specials at the time. They did a great job.
Took a tire on a rim to get a replacement and mounted. Told the gal what kind of bike it was, she looked at the tire/rim and showed me a few options. We discussed the differences and I ordered a tire. I went to service to set up an appointment and after waiting more than 30 minutes, I left and called them to make an appointment. When they called me back and I said I needed to make an appointment to have a tire mounted that I bought from them, they said they couldn’t legally do it. I can't thank all the folks a TC-Powersports enough for all they did for my wife and I With our purchase of 2 new Indian Scouts. Our salesman Scott is the best as he did everything above and beyond to help us. Scott was always in contact with us and if he didn't have an answer for a question he found it.
