I called TBA three times regarding trailer accessories... Twice the call was terminated by TBA after holding for a very long time. On the third attempt; the guy who answered never identified himself... He flat out told me that my request would be too expensive with a $75 an hour fabrication rate and terminated the call... It had to be the most insulting response I have ever received from a business!!! I was requesting a 2'x3' hatch door with a piano style hinge be installed in my trailer that I purchased new from TBA.
