I went in there looking for a tire tube, waited a good 15 minutes to be helped let me mind you, watched 2 customers walk out because they had waited more than 10 minutes. When I was finally waited on, they did not have the size i needed which is fine. I get it that happens. But not to offer to see if it wasn't something that could be ordered, referral elsewhere, nothing. That is poor training and salesmanship. You need to really invest in employees willing to take the extra step.
TBA is top notch. Great staff and they always do great work. Highly recommended!
