I called TBA three times regarding trailer accessories... Twice the call was terminated by TBA after holding for a very long time. On the third attempt; the guy who answered never identified himself... He flat out told me that my request would be too expensive with a $75 an hour fabrication rate and terminated the call... It had to be the most insulting response I have ever received from a business!!! I was requesting a 2'x3' hatch door with a piano style hinge be installed in my trailer that I purchased new from TBA. I went in there looking for a tire tube, waited a good 15 minutes to be helped let me mind you, watched 2 customers walk out because they had waited more than 10 minutes. When I was finally waited on, they did not have the size i needed which is fine. I get it that happens. But not to offer to see if it wasn't something that could be ordered, referral elsewhere, nothing. That is poor training and salesmanship. You need to really invest in employees willing to take the extra step.
TBA is top notch. Great staff and they always do great work. Highly recommended!
I thought the staff was very knowledgeable about the products they sold . Everyone was very friendly and professional . The store was very clean and well organized .
I had some work done incorrectly on my car on Friday which resulted in not one, but two flat tires in less than 24 hours. I took the tire and my car back to TBA today and Tim, the manager was wicked nice about it all and wrote me a check for the body of the replacement tire. Super pleased with the customer service! We will be back for certain!
Thanks a million tba team for fixin mine and Jeremy lockes muffler.. Runs like a charm again :D
