Brought truck in for oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. I was told there was no wait and they could do all three without an issue. I waited for two hours for the three basic services to be completed, the truck was in a bay for 1.5 hours of that. For basic service I suggest going somewhere else to save a lot of time. Prices were fair.
RecommendedJust had new tires put on which they were helpful finding me the right tires, had an Alignment, and oil change. And very pleased with service. Will be back again!
Wether it's over the counter sales or service from the service department, the people are friendly, competent and professional. You will only find the best products and services here. I use TBA inc for all my business and personal needs. Thankful to have a place like this here in Maine!
I am not impressed, we had them order some running boards for us and waited 90 minutes for them to install but come to find out they ordered the wrong ones. So, she ordered a second set. This job should have taken 45 minutes but took them 2 hours. We will never go back.
Traded my snowmobile trailer for an utility trailer 6x10. Assistant Manger and staff were very friendly and Helpful can not say enough.
Thanks guys for doing a battery swap at the buzzer tonight (4:56 when I walked into the store). I've been carrying a jumper pack around as my battery was barely starting the vehicle. Even though I left work early, and got there pretty much at closing, all staff members at the counter, and from the garage, gave the same 100% that I'm sure the give all day long. That's tough to pull off at the end of a long day. That to me showcases an excellent group of employees! Thank you all, sorry I was so late.
Nice people to deal with plus Al has golden retrievers that tells you something.
Great building great service low prices
Not impressed doesn't cover my disappointment in this establishment.
