Pesimo servicio, no lo recomiendo
Very disappointing experience. I purchased my ring in December, and the very first time I wore it, two stones fell out, which raised immediate concerns about quality. I returned it in January for warranty repair, and more than four months later I still do not have my ring back or a clear resolution. I have had to constantly follow up myself because communication and customer service have been extremely poor.
