Had an appointment for 3. Didn't get to the desk till 4:30. Was given 3 different appraisals. Since they messed up I was being punished for it. Was told I was going to get to leave with the car that day to I now needed more money. They were extremely rude and did not like the fact that I had a pre approved loan through my bank and didn't want to go through them. I bought a used 2017 Kia Soul +. I live 1.5 hous away. I came and looked at it in person. Justin Nance showed me the vehicle and was very nice and did not pressure me at all. Later I was able to negotiate the price with Justin via text. My bank sent him info via the loan. I told him when I wanted to comie get the car. My wife and I came in knowing exactly what we wanted. Justin Nance is one of the best. He listened to our needs, he wasn’t high pressure and he was very polite. I wish we could buy a car more often just to have him help us. Way to go Taylor Kia for having such great salesmen!
