We are having a great experience here. Its our first time buying a brand new car and our sales lady is excellent!! I made sure to call ahead before traveling 2 hours to purchase my 2012 Sierra 1500. The truck was as described by Brett my salesman. When I showed up, he got right to work to make it the best use of our time. While taking our test drive, the sales managers put the numbers together, and we came to an agreement on numbers with little negotiation. It was as simple as that. I’m just hoping for an explanation at this point. I bought my 2013 Kia Forte back in 2014. I was in absolute love with my car and loved the salesman I dealt with. My problem lies with the man who filed my financials and the other gentleman who finished my paperwork. When I signed my loan paperwork, I signed papers for a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty.
