Kool smiles always busy when i bring my daughter. The play area and bathroom Is Always Clean & employees are always nice! When its times for my daughter to get her teeth clean ((ASIA)) always makes the appointment go faster its great we'll be back in 6 months
My daughter had an injury from a pencil poking her in the gums. The dentist and assistant (Erica) were so attentive and assuring as well. They talked to my daudaughter, and myself, the entire time keeping us both relaxed and at ease. My daughter left out happy and I got the satisfaction and assurance I was hoping for. The facility overall never disappoints and I am very appreciative of that.

i love coming to kool smiles. my child enjoys coming because of the play area and just how nice everyone is in general. From the front desk ms ileana to my assistant today ms sherrell and of course dr dinh is the best. thank you

i had a great experience at kool smiles on friday! it started off bad because the call center scheduled me in an office that does not do oral surgery for wisdom. But Ms Ileana assured me that i can be seen to be evaluted and take xrays that were needed and she can put me at the gentilly office later that afternoon to be seen by the oral surgeon. Both of my daughters attend Kool Smiles they love it & never cried once!!!!! We met a dental assistant name Asia who made the experience even better she was wonderful. She helped with anything that was needed. We didnt have to wait like most places she was patient and extremely professional. I will definitely be coming back to KoolSmiles. Unfortunately are dentist office in marrero, Healthy Smiles closed down with no noticed what so ever. I stopped by KS and was immediately greeted by Ms Ileana. She was fantastic!!!! She was even willing to squeeze my 3 kids for the dental cleaning the same day!!!! But at the current time i could not but just knowing how quick and the willingness of being able to get seen that quick without having to wait so long was truely thw best.
