had a problem with a bill and I have Medicaid but at the same time it was great and friendly. I also was able to see what all my children was doing and also resolve the problem with my bill and get my bill situated. thanks so much will have to recommend to others and also keep posting great thing for this company..
The dr.& the dental assistance that took care of my child was excellent, caring, they explained everything, professionalism, etc.
Excellent experience getting my son's teeth clean. Office was very clean and neat. The staff was very professional and efficient. I loved the Hygienist/nurse or whatever her title is haha, Jalisa R. she was very sweet and patient with my son. Everything was great here, I would highly recommend any friend or co-worker here for their kids.
I enjoyed my visit today They always treat me like family. The manager and Ileana you are the best ����
This was our first time at Kool Smiles and they were great! Ms. Monica and Ms. Quin were great, they made us very comfortable and explained everything as they went. My son loved them. The whole staff was really great. I would definitely recommend them.
You guys when I tell you that Ms. Britney is a miracle worker!! When my daughter and I was first brought back to the procedure room my daughter was upset and wouldn't stop crying, Ms Britney sat her down and explained to her that she wouldn't hurt her , she told her she had sugar bugs on her tooth and that they was going to use a special toothbrush to get them off, but ofcourse my daughter was still scared, so next she gave her coloring sheets and began coloring with her asking her what grade she was in , what's her favorite... read more
It was my family first time going there and we had a excellent experience. My children had a great time we would like to give a special thanks to Mrs.crystal aka critter and Mrs.laura. and an overall thank you to the Kool smiles family thank y'all so very much .
My sister and I started going here about 2 years ago, they have a great staff and work very well together as a team.
I haven't had any problems with the staff or the dentist. My son loves getting his scented noses at each appointment. They're always polite to both me and my son each visit. My son dentist is Dr.Ding and her dental asst Bernice.
