Absolutely love this dentist office. The staff is very friendly and professional. The minute we arrive to the office we get greeted by the polite receptionist name Ileana, she gives me the paperwork required each visit and we do not have to wait a long period to be called to the back. I have been going to this office for over 2 years now and my children and I enjoy going to the dentist thanks to the niece experience we always have at this office.
Today visit was wonderful. Mrs Erica and Dr K was amazing. They was great at their job. I will come back to get more work done with them two. Thanks kool smiles. I spoke to the manager Miranda about Erica. She a great worker.
My daughter experience at Kool smiles was awesome. She was very assisted by Ms. Erica and Ms. Duih. Yall did a great job on her filling on yesterday. Thanks again.... If anyone need assistance please let Ms. Erica and Ms. Duih take of your dental
My daughter had to have a filling put in and a extraction. Our assistant Erica was the best. She kept my baby smiling and entertained the whole. The procedures went off without a hitch and with no problem. They were very professional and even tho my baby was so scared they relaxed her and got their jobs done without any problems. Thank you Erica and Doc for everything. APB
Wonderful experience every time my son has an appointment. The staff is very professional. On 10/7/16, Miranda caught my attention. She answered any questions and concerns I had dealing with my son treatment. Miranda showed showed 100% dedication in her work and getting the job done. I look forward to the next visit. Today was a great visit for my kids and the DA Erica was amazing. The front office was great too. Ilena & Terrsa was good in the front too
I enjoy myself at kool smiles. Erica the DA was great and has a great personality. She know how to make u feel special. she was great with my kids and wife.
Great place for dental needs. They are very fast and friendly. Miranda took her time and made appointments for my grand kids. I wish they take my insurance
