Very courteous, professional staff. Had about 45 minutes of waiting past the appointment time but I guess that's what happens when you are busy due to high customer satisfaction. Small price to pay for great, friendly service. Staff knows how to make children feel comfortable during dental procedures.
Erica and Dr. Dinh are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! They both are Professional and take their time to explain each step to both the parent and patient, constantly checking to make sure the patient is comfortable. Need a A+++++++++++++++ Dentist and Awesome Staff call Kool Smiles Gretna
I love Kool Smiles, however my experience on Wednesday was not as great as it usually is. My sons dental assistant Erika wasn't that kid friendly on top of that she told the doctor false information on how I wanted the treatment to go for my son. Overall the dr was excellent at communicating what she was getting ready to do and how she planned to do it. I had a great visit today, my DA was Ms Erica She was very nice & she knows her job very well. Erica explain everything to me about my child work. I will be back to visit Kool smiles. Thank you ms Erica.
Sherrell and Miranda were very helpful in informing me of the process I need to go through to have my daughters wisdom tooth extracted. They both went above and beyond their duties to making sure we were taken care of. I appreciate y'all!!! Great team work!
I brought my sons into the office for some dental work and had wonderful experience. Miranda and her staff are AWESOME. They was great with my sons.
It was a great experience and i had a very nice time she was very helpful and did a very nice work on my teeth.
Dental assistant Erica is the BEST.. The reason I will absolutely return with my daughters.. One of daughter were extremely scared of getting a crown (1st time) and i myself was nerves also.. Erica made the experience wonderful and helped her relax she makes you feel like more than just a patience but family.. Way to go Erica.. Defintely requesting her for next visit!!!!
