I had an appointment today and ms Erica and Dr Boykin was very nice. I want to come a visit them. They had me laughing and very comfortable.
Kool smiles is an amazing dentist office. I cant complain everytime i come i have the best experience. The staff is so caring, friendly and always welcoming. They greet you from the moment you come in until you leave. And the doctors are the best i love how they communicate with us. Kool smiles already know me and my children and its the best expereince everytime i come. Le quiero dar las gracias a Ileana por ayudarme con los papeles y porque me explico todo muy bien hasta fue atras a explicarme lo que la doctora estaba diciendo. My son William is Autistic and Ms Erica took her time to help him carm down. She talked to him so he don't be scared. He visit turn out great. Thank you DA Erica.
I had a great experience. They all seem so happy to be working and definitely very pleased to help their patients and one another. Thank you Dr. DINH for always helping me and Ileana for helping me with the front desk. ASIA as well for being such a great assitant.
I had a great experience with both my children last week. I had to fill some paperwork out and Ileana definitely broke it down for me made the process much easier and faster. My kids love to come to koolsmiles because they get to play while they wait to be called. And not to mention their is barely a wait time were practically tthere in and out. The doctor and staff are amazing! I love that they have such an amazing staff always cheery and such great attitudes. They truly care and want the best for their patients.
