Wonderful dentist and staff. Very organized and clean. Warm smiles. They do a great job of taking you step by step of the process.
The staff is very professional and accurate, Dental Assistant Calvin Dyer is very sufficient, courteous, delightful, and very professional, and also very diligent in his line of work. Mr Dyer is highly recommended in my book!

Worse experience EVER. Appointment was for 3p and didn’t get to the back until 4p for my son to have a tooth extracted. The dentist out numbing gel on him and tried to stick him but my son (8) was afraid of the needle so I asked for them to give him laughing gas and put the glasses on him which obviously was a problem. After doing so the dentist stick him twice and didn’t wait for the meds to take effect. I went thursday to Kool smiles for the first time ever with my kids. They got to play around and leave me alone while i filled out the paperwork. The appointment went fast and easy not only that but very great! Everyone there was great, they all explained in detail what needed to be said to me. The team work and the communicate wit employees to patients is good. I will be letting all my friend and family know about Kool Smiles and of course Ileana, Asia and Dr Boykin who were 10000000x great! Thank you all and koolsmiles.
I came from Gretna to Gentilly to get my teeth pulled. The DA Erica works at the Gretna office but I seen her at the Gentilly one. She’s always nice to me. She helped me because I was so scared to get all these teeth pulled. But I mad it because of Erica. I will see you in Gretna.
