Fui hoy con mi familia a kool smiles y de verda que me encanta. Todo mundo que trabaja son tan dulces y tan buenos con los pacientes! Me encanto que el doctor Boykin sabe un poco de español! Eso si es bueno! No solo eso pero q la muchacha que trabaja enfrente habla Espanol tambien es muy bueno. Eso definitivamiente se necesita en una oficina. Gracias Ileana por ayudarme con los papeles y toda la informacion eres muy dulce !
Erica the dental assistant was hands on and friendly. Dr . Boykin was exceptional engaged with my 8 yr old daughter made her forget about work getting done.
By far the best experience I have had with kool smiles. They actually allow parents to go to the back with their children, which most offices do not so i love that i can go to the back with my kids and see what they are actually doing. They have a lovely staff all willing to help and have great attitudes. Wanted to acknowledge Erica for such a great job greeting me from the moment i walked in and she said good evening, and I didn't think she was going to be my child nurse thank you again Erica!
I love coming to koolsmiles with my kids! They enjoy it everytime, everyone is always so friendly and i enjoy the fact that Ileana is always so very kind and explains the paperwork. She always trys to make it more easier to accept the fact that paperwork needs to be filled out every appt but hey i definitely understand now why. Thank you Ileana you are great!

Went there last saturday and i cant tell you enough how impressed i was with how fast and amazing they were. The fact that they open on Saturday for me is a plus i will definitey recommend this place to friends and family! Thank you Ileana and the office manager Miranda for being so kind.
The entire staff was lovely my kids had a wonderful first time experience. Illeana, Jermika , and Jojo were the best! My kids are already looking forward for their next cleaning! Thanks Kool Smiles
