I went thursday to Kool smiles for the first time ever with my kids. They got to play around and leave me alone while i filled out the paperwork. The appointment went fast and easy not only that but very great! Everyone there was great, they all explained in detail what needed to be said to me. The team work and the communicate wit employees to patients is good. I will be letting all my friend and family know about Kool Smiles and of course Ileana, Asia and Dr Boykin who were 10000000x great! Thank you all and koolsmiles.
I came from Gretna to Gentilly to get my teeth pulled. The DA Erica works at the Gretna office but I seen her at the Gentilly one. She’s always nice to me. She helped me because I was so scared to get all these teeth pulled. But I mad it because of Erica. I will see you in Gretna.

I came in today with my son and he absolutely loved it. I thought he would be scared and not want to get anything done but from the minute i walked in i was greeted by the front desk Ms Ileana who was truely amazing. She helped me and explained all the paperwork i had to fill out. My son played while i did that so that truely helped alot. Ms.Erica ( DA ) was the best , my son is 2 & he did not want to be there but she gave him a balloon & he was so happy . She also made sure to keep me & dad updated on his teeth & what to expect from now until the next visit .
Erica and Dr. Dinh were so nice! They made my daughter feel relaxed and made me feel comfortable (Erica even offered me a blanket when I was cold) with every part of the procedure. I’ve had dentist who were judgy and not personable but not them. The entire staff were excellent!!!!
Had a visit today and it was great. Clean , fast, and friendly environment is always a plus ! Thank you Asia for keeping me laughing in that room. I was nervous about getting my work done but you made everything go smooth. Thank you Dr. Boykin also!
Today I had a great time at kill smile. Ms Erica the tec was so nice and she explained everything to me. But the spanish girl up front had a nasty attitude we me. Thanks to Erica for making me smile.
