First time at Kool smiles and oh my goodness i am beyond impressed!!! I had the nest experience ever! It was my soms first visit he is a handful and when i tell you they treated him so good even helped while i was filling out paperwork while he ran around they entertain him and laughed wit him. Thank you ileana for helping me with the paper work you are truely amazing and how can i forgot Jojo who assisted me today my baby lovedddddd her!!! She is super sweet thank you ladies!!!
Had a great experience at kool smiles! Ileana was very nice and helped me out with my paperwork today she was so sweet! Love kool smiles my kids enjoy coming at playing here until we go to the back. Cant ask for any better. By far ileana is amazing everytime i come!!! from the minute we get there until we leave always a great attitude. Thank you ileana for everything and remembering us everytime we come! Makes us feel comfortable!
Love this place, my son was in alot of pain today and i called the office i spoke to a lady named Ileana and she was able to fit me in the same day! We came at 4pm and had such a great experience thank you Ileana for helping me as well as Bereniece for being such a great assistant thank you!

By far the best experience I have had with kool smiles. They actually allow parents to the back with their children, which most offices do not so i love that i can go to the back with my kids and see what they are actually doing. They have a lovely staff all willing to help and have great attitudes. Wanted to acknowledge Ileana for such a great job greeting me from the moment i walked in and making sure all my paperwork was correct thank you again!
Everytime i come i am always greeted by the front desk the minute i walk in to the minute i walk out. Their staff is always so happy and willing to help. It shows they have great team work. I had to fill out paperwork again but Ileana was able to explain to me exactly what needed to be done and why, which made the process much easier. Thank you Ileana.
Today visit was amazing. Erica and Dr dinh helped my son. He was so scared and Ms Erica help relxed him. Thanks again Erica and the best Dr Dinh . I will give ten stars for Erica
Was there with my son. Had a great experience. Staff was great. Helped and answered all my concerns. Thanks to Ileana. She helped me with the paperwork and explained everything that had to do with my treatment. I will definately recommend Kool Smiles to everyone i know.
My daughter had to come in a get work done today and everything went great ! I was bummed Asia wasn’t assisting today because my daughter loves her but she was at the front desk so of course the energy was great as soon as I walked in. We meet Bernice today and she was awesome! Thank you Asia and Berenice for having such great attitudes !
