My name is Monica, I am a new hire at Tayani Institute. In just 2 days I am so impressed with this company. From the interview to the first day of orientation. This company has taken the time to put a notebook together about the doctors, information about the company, terminology that maybe used and so much more. Out of the years I have worked this is one of the first companies that have showed that they truly care about their employee. If you are looking for employment, this is the place to apply.

Searching for a reputable & convenient eye Dr. , and surrounded by at least 6 opthamologists within a convenient 5 mile radius I made the regrettable decision to trust the tanyani institute , ( 21 mile drive ) for removal of my cataracts. I am 74 , on medicare , and they informed me my costs would be 250.00 and balance by medicare . I assumed this is where the surgery will take place .
