Italian Disgrace – While being seated, we realized that we would have no privacy. The layout of the dining room was cramped. I noticed around the room that other parties seemed uncomfortable with the seating also. After ordering, we waited 1 hour and 25 minutes before the food arrived. Stay Away – I just can't believe the above reviews. The place looks nice and is well laid out, but that's about it. First off, the place was freezing cold (early lunchtime). The service was downright terrible - the kid brought me the wrong dish and then instead of explaining his error, he simply rips the plate from me without a word and scurries back ten minutes later with the right one when my group is half done already. Don't Miss This Gem – We have dined here at least 5l times. It is now one of our favorites. Well worth the drive from our home across town. The quality of the food is always excellent and the service is friendly. Usually reservations aren't necessary on a week-night but are a good idea on the week-end. Great Evening Out!! – We did not have a reservation and though it was the Saturday before Valentine's Day, they fit us in without question. The manager an duty was great, service was quick and friendly. The food was very good. Multiple options in the $10-$25 range. Everyone in our party of 4 was very pleased. I heartily recommend the Eggplant Lasagna, the Chocolate-Peanut Butter Bomb for dessert, and La Pina (a Mojito varient) for a nice drink. Will look forward to a return trip!
A good meal and experiemce – My wife and I had dinner there last night. We had agreat meal really enjoyed ouselves. The waiter did take a little long to get the table but he was with another table when we were sat taking an order. The manager came over to go over the wine selections and we really enjoyed his selection, plus it was half price this night. The Tiramisu is prbably one of the best I have ever had.
I wouldn't go back for a romantic dinner – This place is laid out like a diner. When on a date, and we asked for a table for 2, we were wedged on an end of a sizable party. No privacy. AT ALL. Bad value – The seven dollar salad was definitely not worth that amount of money. It was way too small. The prices seemed too large for what I received, there was nothing too spectacular about the place, other than the atmosphere.

Great Food, Excellent Service! – My wife and I dined at Tavola Rossa with another couple with whom we regularly dine. We were all impressed with the restaurant's complete make-over from it's original Cactus Flower concept. The decor was spirited but tasteful, and very romantic.
