Quick lunch, hot & tasty sandwiches, GREAT onion rings and friendly, attentive staff. I hear their pizza is the BEST in the area !
I actually ate at their food truck at the farmers market tonight. First pizza wasn’t cut though. Secondly it was so greasy it was dripping. The most disgusting thing ever. If the pizza at the restaurant is like that I will not be eating there.

Got the lunch special 7inch pizza,w salad and drink. Enjoyed the food,service was ok.
Been frequenting the Tavern since the late’60’s and the place never disappoints. Consistently great food and friendly service since the pool table in the middle days through today. Have moved away, but the Tavern is a must go when we visit. The Works has always been the Works. Consistently good.......
For many years the Tavern was our favorite pizza place. We were gone for about 10 years. Back to the Tavern. What a huge disappointment. The pizza is only fair and the onion rings were awful. It’s easy to see that there is new management with no pride in what they do. Miss the “Old” Tavern.
