West Des Moines Location- I’m very disappointed to hear that my mother in-law was told there was no dine in eating and only carry out when she called and spoke to a PAULA. When she showed up to pick up her food she said there were people in there eating. When she asked PAULA about it this lady had the audacity to tell my mother in-law “and???” “That was meeee”. We called in this evening and I believe her name was Katie who answered the phone. She was very pleasant and efficiently took our order. We arrived in the allotted time provided and food was ready!! We started scarfing food in parking lot!! OMG pizza was F**** amazing!! And those raviolis....🤤 THANK YOU, AGAIN!.. miss eating inside!
I am newly 21 and have a vertical ID... like most 21 year olds. They would not accept my vertical ID because it was an “under 21 ID”. Was unable to get my cocktail and am very disappointed as this is one of my favorite restaurants.
