I normally love the tavern. My Italian sausage sandwich was off tonight. the garlic bread with my son's pasta wasn't toasted and literally squeezed out at least a tablespoon of butter like substance. we watched as it oozed out. The pasta was delicious as were the onion rings like always. Wait staff was fantastic. My sausage sandwich bread was dry, not toasted or crisped and mostly sauce, the Italian sausage patties only covered 2/3 of the bun, so lots of bland bread with mushy marinara. I’d like to first off say that Jeri is the greatest waitress I’ve ever had! She knows what I eat every single time I come in! That is special to me to know I am a customer who matters! The food is always delicious!! I will be back just to sit in Jeri’s section!!

Went to The Tavern tonight for the first time in a few years. Party of about 30-40 just starting to be sat next to us. No one visited our table for a few minutes, so we had pretty low hopes for our evening. One server came over, obviously swamped, and helped us, apologizing for the (really, not THAT long) wait. She ended up being absolutely fabulous! She was extremely attentive, kind, and positive.
