I had an extremely disappointing and offensive experience at this barbershop. I was told I had to pay before the haircut, something I’ve never been asked to do at any barbershop—and the only thing that seemed to set me apart was my skin color. I noticed that other customers were allowed to pay after their cut, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and clearly discriminatory.
