It'd just a short, romantic stroll to Taughannock Falls State Park, featuring the tallest waterfall east of the Rockies. The hotel offers a wide selection of beautifully appointed rooms in the Main Inn, as well as three adjacent lakeside guest houses. We also offer a pet friendly option, and hiking trails just steps away. The restaurant is closed for the season, excepting a few special occasions and Holiday Events (see the Facebook page) but will reopen for Easter Dinner.

Only stayed one night and it was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Even a soft pillow and a firmer one on bed for individual preference, Cocktails on the outside veranda in the evening. You can also sit around the outdoor fireplace and chat with others if you choose. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was amazing. You can walk from the Inn to the Gorge Trail for the Taughannock Falls, Short easy hike to a lovely site.
There was a mix up and we waited a while for our order, Tiffany the manager personally came to our table and apologized for everything then when we went to leave, we had NO BILL, it was complimentary due to the mix up! Unbelievable, food was amazing and staff was amazing and extremely attentive after they realized the mix up, highly recommend!
This is an amazing place! The staff is the best!!
Recently spent a Saturday night at the Inn, simply put - I don’t why you would want to stay anywhere else if you are in the area. We had be enjoying the wineries and this was a one night getaway. I can only imagine this place in the summer.
Every experience I have had at the Inn has been a positive one. Friendly, professional staff, delicious eats and crisp beverages...all wrapped up in one of the most gorgeous locations in the Finger Lakes.
We stayed here at thanksgiving and had the best service you could ever imagine. I would like to say Thank You to Carl for such great a great weekend and the tour
I cant pick just one thing about the Inn at Taughannock! The views, the amazing food, the helpful staff! I can't wait to come back to this amazing experience!
