It'd just a short, romantic stroll to Taughannock Falls State Park, featuring the tallest waterfall east of the Rockies. The hotel offers a wide selection of beautifully appointed rooms in the Main Inn, as well as three adjacent lakeside guest houses. We also offer a pet friendly option, and hiking trails just steps away. The restaurant is closed for the season, excepting a few special occasions and Holiday Events (see the Facebook page) but will reopen for Easter Dinner.

We’ve stayed in the same room in the main inn for the last 25 years... been through 3 different owners and the one thing that stays the same is the peaceful and quiet experience! Tonight played a game of chess while drinking a wonderful glass of wine from the wineries we were able to visit that are right up the road. The restaurant on the first floor of the main inn is great and the breakfasts in the morning are healthy and filling! Beautiful old mansion and great view. Food was excellent
This place is magical� Hubby and I stayed in the Garden room which was well appointed and cozy with stunning views of the Lake. We had dinner at the Inn which was delicious! The staff was so nice and accommodating. We ended our night down by the fire pit (a must!) We will most definitely be back!
We stayed in the Edgewood on nights when the restaurant was not open so I can't comment on that. Our room was beautiful and clean with a awesome view. But beauty took over functionality in the bath area two of us trying to get ready at the same time with a one pedestal sink, a small mirror and minimal lighting was challenging. I personally like duel sinks, a huge mirror and great lighting in a bathroom�
My husband and I loved the Inn. We spent our anniversary in the same room every year, until this year. The new owners hiked the rates and instated a two night minimum. It's so disappointing that our special tradition is now out of reach.
