It'd just a short, romantic stroll to Taughannock Falls State Park, featuring the tallest waterfall east of the Rockies. The hotel offers a wide selection of beautifully appointed rooms in the Main Inn, as well as three adjacent lakeside guest houses. We also offer a pet friendly option, and hiking trails just steps away. The restaurant is closed for the season, excepting a few special occasions and Holiday Events (see the Facebook page) but will reopen for Easter Dinner.

It was our first time traveling to the Finger Lakes, and we enjoyed the superior customer service of the hotel staff, meals, especially the continental breakfast that was included, and the close proximity to most the wineries. As well as the rich history of the hotel an its surroundings. Excellent Stay!😍
It was the first time that we had stayed at the Inn at Taughannock. We had hiked in the afternoon at the State Park & then stayed overnight, and ate at the restaurant. We definitely will be coming back again - service was outstanding, food was wonderful, & the Inn just delightful!!
we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary this weekend. we had a wonderful time here . beautiful view over the lake. the room was very comfortable the restaurant had excellent food . we enjoyed sitting on the porch talking with some very friendly people. thank you Carl for all the hard work you did to make this place a great to enjoy Doug and Kathy
We had a wonderful weekend at the Inn, while moving in our Cornell student. It's 23 minutes from campus, but worth it. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Rooms are lovely and plush. No TV in the room but we didn't need it. The firepit on the porch at night - complete with blankets for cool nights - was a lovely added touch. RecommendedWe recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this lovely Inn. The rooms are new and fresh, dinner and the service was excellent. The location next to a State Preserve is terrific. We will definitely return. Can't wait to see the exterior addition completed.
I just want to thank the whole staff for the amazing weekend and stay me and my wife had at your inn it was perfect they made our anniversary a weekend to remember I appreciate everything you all did for us

Very nice place and perfect location right next to the waterfall! Breakfast was excellent! Will definitely be back next year.
