It'd just a short, romantic stroll to Taughannock Falls State Park, featuring the tallest waterfall east of the Rockies. The hotel offers a wide selection of beautifully appointed rooms in the Main Inn, as well as three adjacent lakeside guest houses. We also offer a pet friendly option, and hiking trails just steps away. The restaurant is closed for the season, excepting a few special occasions and Holiday Events (see the Facebook page) but will reopen for Easter Dinner.

I just had my wedding at the inn last week and we could not have asked for a better day. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the food is out of this world. The atmosphere was inviting, welcoming and makes us already want to go back for another stay. I would encourage everyone to go for a weekend, for a celebration like mine, or anything in between. Bravo to the Inn at Taughannock Falls!!!
My husband and I came up for a quick getaway. This place is wonderful! Beautiful views, clean well-appointed rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, terrific owner. We’d definitely recommend this place. We’ll probably come back for fall foliage season.

We were very impressed at the scenic views and proximity to local landmarks. Ithaca is a splendid locale and this Inn at Taughannock is a suitable representative for this sublime experience. Even with the reduced service due to COVID19 it was still an A+ experience. HIGHLY recommended!

Peaceful location and spacious rooms. The lights in our room were on when we arrived, which was a thoughtful and welcoming touch. In-room Keurig. Gracious hospitality in the Inn's dining room overlooking the lake, where we enjoyed a continental breakfast (included with room). We plan to return.
