I have known Mark for quite a while now, and i know for a fact he hires the BEST artists around! I had a beautiful rose done yesterday with Josh, and he was helpful, careful, precise, and funny too! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is a great one! I would 110% recommend Tattoo International!!
