Foot pain, extremely good care
The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Dr. Wellens-Bruschayt is very knowledgeable and experienced. She uses cutting edge technology to successfully bring relief to your pain. She always has time to discuss any concerns you may have. The shockwave treatment has relieved my heel pain. I highly recommend the treatment, just trust the process and be sure to take all three recommended sessions for maximum pain relief. The absolute best place to go for pain relief!
Very pleasant and personable staff. The tech was great and gentle. Also, virtually no wait time, and the treatment was less than 20 minutes.
She always knows exactly what the problem is, even when it is something very uncommon. She is very clear in explaining the condition and the solution. I know when I go to see her that I will be taken care of, and for me, the outcome has been very positive. Dr Wellens takes the time to talk to you and listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend her.
I had a torn plantar fascia. Dr Wellens and her staff were excellent. The office policies however are atrocious. They require payment up front with a refund when they receive your insurance payment and charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. They try to upsell unnecessary products and charged $550 for a walking boot that sells on Amazon for $100. I had three visits, with my insurance processing the final claim on June 19th. After 4 years of consistent pain and hindering my physical activities due to a running injury to my heel I decided to go visit Dr. Wellens. I am so glad I did! One month of treatment and I can honestly say that for the first time in years I have zero pain. I am able to enjoy my day-to-day activities again and I look forward to my hobbies once more.
