They make you pay $102 for antibiotics and other stuff that your insurance could of paid for and gotten over the counter cheaper. Only because was in pain I didn’t argue about it. Don’t let them fool you and let them tell you your insurance won’t pay for the antibiotics. Just beware of what your paying for. As for service I can’t complain, they were friendly and took care of my ingrown toe nail in a flash and without a lot of pain.
I met Dr Wellens February 9 2024. I was dealing with unrelenting Achilles tendonitis and bursitis for 7 months that was torturing me around the clock even at rest and in my sleep. The pain was severe. I told Dr Wellens I wanted to go right to surgery. She agreed and got me in 2 weeks later. I was very concerned Id have to wait 2 to 3 months but the office was efficient. After 4 months of searching for answers about an ankle issue, I went to Dr. Wellens who immediately identified the problem and aggressively began a treatment plan to solve the problem. I’m happy to say, finally I have closure on my ankle ailment. I appreciate a doctor that can give you good answers and works so hard for treatments outside of surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Wellens.
My husband had the appt with Dr Wellens which she was Wonderful to deal with! Seemed to be Very knowledgeable at that! However, i will NOT be giving ANYBODY a referral to go to her at this particular Office because some of her STAFF is RUDE, and I will be sure to tell ppl the experience that happen and totally discourage them to go to this particular office! I saw Dr. Wellens after more than 9 months of worsening foot pain. In the previous months I had a negative MRI and Bone Scan. Was told it is arthritis. The pain kept increasing to day and night. Did not matter if I was standing or laying down. I went for a second opinion and Dr. Wellens diagnosed my tendon tear immediately under Ultrasound.
