We are the first and onlylicensedtattoo studio in Sampson County. We are Health Department certified. Tat2man's Studio is a family oriented establishment dedicated to making your first or your hundredth tattoo or piercing a great experience. You have to be 18 years old to get a tattoo. (THERE IS NO PARENT CONSENT FOR TATTOOS IN NORTH CAROLINA). Piercings do not have and age limited and can be performed with parent consent. Perfect atmosphere to get your art done. He's done all of my work for me. Child friendly environment very good work ethic and art. He sanitizes the entire place and opens brand new needle in front of you then destroys it when he finishes using it. I highly recommend
Kelly did an amazing job on my very first tattoo. I am a diabetic and he went above and beyond to make sure it was healing correctly because of my condition. I could not have asked for a more professional and caring artist.
