I moved to USA Aug-2025 with my family, as a company expatriation opportunity. My company found Tapestry in Naperville area where we would like to live, considering the school grades. After 2 months we rented an apartment in same place, but bigger to be our home for 1 year. Management is very dismissive, I had an issue and was told that Corporate would give me a call but no one ever did, management constantly leaves early for alleged trainings, and they never answer the phone when you call. Also, the 24/7 emergency maintenance is a direct line to a customer service person who sends a message to the maintenance person and there is no timeframe for a response.
Beware of living here at Tapestry. The buildings look nice, but the walls, floors and ceilings are very thin. Choose the top floor if possible. My building had filthy dirty carpets in the hallway and stairs. Neighbors often keep their garbage outside their doors in the hallway. The building doors don’t close well and are often unlocked.
I have to give 5 stars. We were having some issues with our application. I emailed Christi for help. I honestly wasn’t expecting her to email me back on her day off, but she did, she emailed and called me on her day off to help solve the situation. Not only that she continued to email me after the call to make sure everything was fine and also clarified a few more things as well. She was such a help!!
A great place to stay as home, nice people, good service and good maintenance, been here already half year and everything looks great! Also would like to thanks for Christi from leasing office who helped me a lot since the first day i am here, my kids also like staying here to enjoy the swiming pool and the gym, thanks for everything!
