Awesome staff and Excellent doctors! We live in York but do not trust the doctors in the area. When our son was born wanted a doctor in the Camp Hill area. My son has been a patient there his entire life (7 yrs). The staff in the Camp Hill office always remember him even though he has only been going for well child visits for the most part!! Dr. Garcia isn't quick to prescribe medications and gives us advice on simple ways to keep our son healthy. He was recommending pro-biotics WELL before most people ever heard of them!! H... read more
Need better receptionist I am pulling my child from Tan & Garcia Pediatrics. They don't keep up with any reminders as of most pedriatrics office, and the receptionist are so rude. I wonder how people like that ended up with a receptionist job in a doctor's office.
Just like all the others I was referred to this office and I can honestly say that I don't see what the big rave was all about. I've been with them for two years only because I don't know where else to take my kids. Each time that I go the wait in the lobby is fast but when I get in the room the wait time for each time that I've been there is ten to 20 minutes. Receptionist Staff is HORRIBLE!!! We pulled our children from these folks. The amazing rudeness of the receptionist staff makes one wonder why anyone stays. We found the care to be average to better than average. However, we found no reason to put up with the behavior of the "front office". We found a GREAT facility in Carlisle. The doctors are wonderful and front office staff seems to value us.
Tan & Garcia Pediatrics are Absolutely the Best!!!! Please don't listen to any negative feedback! Any of it was from a year ago and they must have fixed it because the girls in the office are absolutely wonderful! I can't say enough about them! I had a horrible experience with my family doctor with my newborn baby and I was a wreck. A friend referred me to Tan and Garcia and they were wonderful! They helped me sooo much! A blessing to Central PA I absolutley LOVE the doctors in this office! My son is about to turn 18 and has been going to these pediatricians all of his life. Dr. Garcia ALWAYS takes the time to talk with my son about how his life is going, what future schooling he is looking at, his peers and his physical health related to the sport he is playing in school. Absolutely Horrible! I agree with the others about the office staff. Everytime I called I felt like a nuisance and rushed off the phone. I was even hung up on a few times. I couldn't trust the doctors. Every time they told me something, it was always proven wrong by what other parents say about their doctors' recommendations or the specialists the doctors referred me too. Dr. Garcia is Wonderful! We moved to Camp Hill quite to my 11th graders dislike from another area. She was not very happy. At first app't with Dr. Garcia...he basically through talking with her changed her life. He talked to her about taking the situation and putting her focus into school and the future. She is an honor roll student one year later and now has decided to go to medical school! He always takes the time to talk with her and she loves him. they dont consider or care about you or me i have been to this office several time my self my wife normally takes the kids and every time i go they make you wait a half hour in the waiting room the they put you in the room to make you wait a min of another half hour they book the appts so close together they dont consider your time they will make you wait and dont care . like any other business they should have a clue how there customers feel but they just dont care . i never even got a im sorry the 3 times i walked out for ... read more
