LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PRACTICE! I have a feeling those who wrote negative reviews about this practice are way too overly influenced by outward appearances. Yes, it's true that the Camp Hill office is visually "unimpressive," but in my opinion, that's all part of the charm. Like the fact that they use a pen and appointment book to make appointments! While some may find this "outdated," I love the "down home" nature of this entire medical group.

Office staff: Horrific The office staff is ABSOLUTELY the rudest I've ever encountered. Whether on the phone or in person, they treat you like dirt. The little blond with her piercings and attitude problem has got to be fired. She is disrespectful and feels the need to shame you or make you feel like you're an inconvenience when you have billing questions. I love Dr. Garcia but almost can't put up with his staff enough to keep taking my baby there.
Horrible I had been taking my kids there for the last 20 years. They have always been very unhelpful and it wasn't until I started taking my kids to specialists to get better.
Wonderful! Dr. Garcia is a wonderful doctor. He is so kind and patient. He takes the time to listen to my sometimes insane questions and concerns and always provides me with detailed information. He cares about the child and the family. You can tell that he loves what he does for a living. Even if we move, I would drive so that my son can be seen by Dr. Garcia. I would recommend him to anyone.
FANTASTIC!! Doctor Garcia was willing to see our child even though he isn't a regular patient there. Thanks to his help, we were able to diagnose him with roseola. The staff was very helpful considering that we aren't even regular patients there. They were also very accomodating with the billing. GREAT office.
Great Office This office is great! I can always get a sick appointment the same day I call. The receptionists are very polite and answer many questions over the phone. As a matter of fact, the other day I called and the receptionist/nurse gave me advice over the phone (about five minutes) for my sick daughter. I never have to wait long in the lobby. There were times when the wait for the doctor was 10 minutes or so, but I blame it on being the end of the day when times get pushed back a little because people were late for th... read more
Absolutely Wonderful I'm surprised at the other reviews I'm seeing. I have had all three of my children going to the Camp Hill office since birth, and my husband went there before them. Although they don't jump up & down to see me when I arrive at the office, I've never been treated poorly. The doctors advice that I have received for my children has been invaluable. BEST doctors in the whole world!!! I am very upset about some comments! If you not happy then you should have become a doctor yourself because you will not find any better then Ten and Garcia. They are absolutely great doctors and most wonderful persons I know. What a shame... especially comments like: "I don't like them but I take my kid there anyway!" What kind of person are you then? Would you leave your kid with the babysitter that you don't like or don't trust? So... That tells me what kind of parent you are... And, wha... read more
