quick service on kia soul recall, less than an hour
So we have bought 3 vehicles from Pat Peck Kia, 2 new and 1 used. Most recently we got a limited Sorento with the panoramic sunroof. You’d expect by getting a $48,000 limited that you’d be getting the best Kia has to offer but that’s far from reality. We’ve had numerous problems with our Sorento and Pat Peck service department is always kind and courteous but they never actually fix anything. You have an employee Debbie cook that posted negative reviews on other business pages because they have employees that different opinions on things than she does. very rude and it goes both ways I won’t support a business that has employees that talk bad about other business and leave bad reviews because she thinks her opinion is better.
