This place held our car hostage! We had a 9 o’clock appointment, dropped our vehicle off at 8am and the service department told us it would ready in a couple of hours. Our car was first! So we had no reason to doubt that it wouldn’t be ready, give or take an hour. We had plans that day, but they were ruined because not only was it not ready but we got excuse after excuse until sometime after 2pm. Retrain your service manager how to be a manager. Just listen and tell the truth.
Took my vehicle here multiple times for transmission issues. Each time I was told various reasons as to why there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I took it to other local auto technicians who documented exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. The dealership service department did not call and update me about diagnostics nor did they run diagnostics on the vehicle the first three times the vehicle was taken to them. well I've always used them bought 2 new kias in last 8 yrs and have always loved everyone there until today. I brought my optima in for the car shaking at 60mph yesterday and was told I needed an alignment and 2 new tires put on back. now given this is the 3rd set of tires I have had to buy when I 1st bought the vehicle in 2018 brand new with 9 miles on it! I recently purchased a 2016 optima for my son who had just graduated and joined the military. The car only had 35,000 miles on it and was bought from Ray Brandt Nissan. Nine days later the windows started going down on their own. They would not come back up without force.
