One of the worst car buying experiences Iāve had. Sales are hit or miss but the service department just felt very arrogant when dealing with them. That wouldnāt be a terrible thing if they could back it up with something but it was nothing but disappointments. Iām just glad I donāt have that car anymore so I never have to come back here. Great staff. Very patient and walked me through the entire process. I signed around closing time and they were still offering to detail my car. I declined because I was tired and I'm sure they were too. Would highly recommend if shopping for a new or used vehicle. Storm was my sales associate. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely go see him. Alex explained all the paperwork in great detail and made me signing those papers a little less painful. 10-17-25 Made an appointment for today. Car is sputtering not running smoothly. I thought it was the spark plugs. So I arrive at designated time. So was told it would take 20-30 minutes and maybe 20 minutes with technician depending on what they find. Confused I said why an hour? Well, 20 minutes with us and 20 minutes with technician. š¤ puzzled. I guess he thought if he said it twice, it would make more sense.
