Had my suv serviced here today. When done my husband asked the lady if my tires had been rotated (he knew they had not) She assured him that they had been. He pointed out that my tire that had been repaired recently (still had the chalk on it) was still on the rear. With an attitude the lady fixed the issue. Wow. What a great place! We had been In the market for a larger SUV for a while and never found what we wanted. After riding in the Telluride I knew that was it and nothing else would compare. Our experience with Robert, Paul, Jor’Dan and Joseph were awesome. They were helpful, kind, understanding and never pushy. So excited to be in our 2020 Telluride!

Out car shopping and came by to look at some new Optima’s. Looking for at least 30 minutes outside, then about 10 minutes inside. Not one person would even acknowledge my presence, so I took my business elsewhere.
During a visit to MS in February, a warning light came on in my Soul. I found Pat Peck Kia and asked them to check it out for me. I was warmly welcomed, treated with respect, and they had me back out the door in a very timely manner. Thankfully it was just a sensor giving a false reading. Kudos to the employees of Pat Peck Kia who provided superior customer service and peace of mind that I could continue my travels.
Jamie Commander is a great salesperson! He was very patient and upfront with me. It was a lengthy process but worth it. I love my car....
i would not recommend anybody to go there they traated me like dirt an did something to my car an destroyed iti drove it in there to just have it checked and had to tow it home
